The service

Wow Genius is an independent desktop overlay and addon for World of Warcraft. It isn't made, approved or supported by Blizzard Entertainment. You're responsible for following Blizzard's terms when you play.

Subscriptions

The addon is free. Paid plans cover use of the AI, renew monthly until you cancel, and are billed by Stripe. You can cancel or change your plan from the Manage plan button on the pricing section. A canceled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. An upgrade starts right away with the difference charged, and a downgrade starts at your next renewal.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of a charge if you've used few of that period's questions. A full refund of your current period ends your plan right away, and you go back to the free tier.

If a charge is disputed with your bank or flagged as fraud, your plan ends right away. While a dispute stands against your account, it can't start a new plan.

AI answers

AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
